Vince
Pellettiere, Ph.D., SPHR, GPHR, is
President and CEO of HR Design Solutions. He is an accomplished
executive, consultant, business strategist, and coach.
With over
31 years of experience, Vince has earned reputation for excellence
in the industry. His company works with small and medium sized
companies who want to unleash their human potential for optimum
performance. Using breakthrough methodologies, Vince empowers
companies to exceed expectations while improving employee satisfaction
and promoting departmental effectiveness.
Our clients
are primarily small businesses who do not have in house Human
Resources staff and are seeking HR professional services on a
part-time regular or on an as-needed basis. In addition. we have
medium size business clients seeking a particular HR service to
enhance their overall HR operation.
His most recent
speaking engagements include Lyon, France, San Diego—2007,
and Oklahoma City 2006. Locally in the Illinois, Vince has presented
in Springfield, Champaign, and Aurora on organizational development
and strategic human resources management issues. Other presentation
include 3rd Annual Pro-Change International Conference in Chicago,
June, 2004, for which he was awarded the best presentation on
my research into organizational self-assessment. Vince also presented
at the 2nd International Conference on Management Consulting in
Lausanne Switzerland in June 2004. He was also a featured speaker
at the 9th annual Qualitative Research Conference in Minneapolis,
MN. in June 2003,
Before founding
HR Design Solutions, Vince served as Vice President, Human Resources
for a Fortune 100 division. Prior to that, he served as an HR
executive for several consumer packaged goods companies. Prior
to that he served as a police officer and received 6 meritorious
commendations.
Vince's credentials
include earning a Ph.D. in Organization Development at Benedictine
University and two master degrees. Vince has taught the HR certification
at Aurora University and currently holds faculty positions at
Aurora University and Dominican University.He also instructed
for the Human Resources Certificate Institute course both at Marquette
and De Paul Universities for approximately 300 HR professionals.
Additionally, he is a certified administrator of Myers-Briggs
Assessment Tool and also certified with Development Dimensions
International.
Vince actively
works with following business organizations: Academy of Management,
Organization Development Network, Rotary of Gurnee, International
Society for Performance Improvement, American Society of Training
& Development, Organizational Development Institute, and Pro-Change
International. An active member of the academic community, he
has instructed business courses at several local colleges. Additionally,
he's in the process of his professional coaching certification.
Today Vince
lives with his wife, Mary, and son in their home in Gurnee, Illinois.
